Yesterday I was back home for our town's celebration with my family. Although it was fun to see my niece and nephews, it was so HOT at the parade yesterday morning. A parade is not fun when the kids are more interested in sitting in the shade instead of out in the street picking up the candy. The other thing that made it miserable was that I forgot to bring home shorts, so I had to wear jeans. I think that air conditioning is the only place for me when it's that hot out!
