My sister showed me some pictures that she recently took of Kaelyn. It looks like she's getting so big, even since I last saw her. She's now sitting up some on her own. I talked with my sister recently and she told me that my niece is SO close to crawling. Just today she started kicking her knees under her, trying to get up to crawl. I woke up this morning and I saw that it was snowing outside. I looked out the window just now and it looks like it's still snowing. It's not snowing a lot, and it doesn't really seem to be accumulating to much...but it's still not the kind of weather that I like to have at the end of March. I'm really looking forward to Spring and nicer weather. Usually by the beginning of April...around my birthday...it starts to get nicer...so I'm sure hoping so.

My sister-in-law loves to sew and make things. She knows a lot about fabrics and that sort of think. She was telling me that she's in the process of making some curtains and other things for their new apartment...and she was explaining to me the difference between different kinds of fabrics like Duralee fabrics for example. I think it's great that she enjoys doing this and has the talent to do it well. I'm sure it saves them a lot of money and allows for them to individualize their home.

What is your favorite exercise machine? I know my sister and mom really enjoy ellipticals and my dad really likes treadmills. I would have to say my favorite is probably a treadmill too. So, it's been a busy few weeks with my job. I recently was promoted within the company that I work for, and am happy to say that since then have received another promotion which gives me the job and title that I've always wanted! My sister and her husband are doing some home improvements to their new home. One thing that they'd like to do at some point is do siding and exterior shutters. They're doing a lot inside too...like painting and such. It looks really nice. They're blessed to have gotten such a nice house.

I have an external hard drive for my new computer and I really like it! I've had family members in the past who had everything saved to their main computer and then the computer crashed. Unfortunately for them they lost everything. You can replace some of the important documents and pictures that you have on computers, and that's why a hard drive like this comes in handy. I'm glad to have found one that I really like.

I would love to get a bigger HD Television sometime soon. Now that I have a new job position that I recently accepted, a new TV is one of the firs things I would like to buy. When I do, I am looking at getting some HDMI cables for it. I think it would really help with the picture and just make my TV watching more enjoyable. Once I get my new television, I'm planning on selling my old one to my sister and her husband...they would really like one as well.

It's still two weeks away, but I'm already looking forward to Easter. I am looking forward to going back home and spending time with my family. I get to see my parents, sister and her family. This weekend didn't quite go as planned. My sister and her family came down to visit...but unfortunately the whole time they were here, I was sick:( It definitely put a damper on things. I miss my niece already, so it will be great to see them all again! I don't know what we're going to do, but we'll figure it out.

Anyone who knows me knows that I am a huge car guy! I love everything that has to do with them. Today we hear more and more people homeschooling their children. In my opinion it's probably due to the fact that there is so much going on in schools today that people simply do not want their children subjected to. Typically you see children home schooled who come from Christian homes. I know that if I were to make the decision to home school my children, I would want to make sure that they had the Christian foundation. I am really looking forward to this weekend. My sister, her husband and my niece Kaelyn are all coming down to visit. They haven't been here in what seems like forever...so it should be a fun time!! I think we'll go out to eat, do some shopping, and just hang out! I am just looking forward to having them down here...especially my niece...she's such a sweetie!! Hope this week goes by quickly!
