Wedding Plans
Wednesday, October 31, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I remember when my sister was planning her wedding...she had SOOO much to do. It was actually perfect timing though, as she had just graduated from college and didn't have her job yet. This gave her all the time she needed to plan all of those details that go into a wedding. One thing I know she would have appreciated though, is knowing about The Knot Wedding Shop. This is a site that I recently came across that has all kinds of top-quality wedding supplies and other items like wedding cameras, ring pillow, cake toppers, unique personalized wedding favors, and so much more!! They have over 1000 supplies at outstanding prices that you won't be able to find anywhere else. If this sounds like something you could use in planning your own wedding, head over there today and check it out for yourself!!

Heading Home
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I recently talked with my sister online and it sounds like the baby is still waiting around to be born. Tomorrow is the day when they will induce her if the little tike doesn't come today. I'm really excited, because I finally get to meet my niece or nephew. She was pretty excited that I was planning on coming back this weekend to see them and the baby. I don't get home very often, so I'm looking forward to it as well!!

Orlando, Fl
Tuesday, October 30, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I've talked about Orlando many times over the past few months. I think I'm really itching to go back and get away from here for a while. Everyone needs a little vacation every once in a while...right?!? I just think it would be great to go down and enjoy all that Orlando has to offer. Not only their theme parks, but also their entertainment, dining and nightlife! I'm thinking about looking into Orlando.com. It seems to me that they provide the most affordable prices on a hotel in orlando, as well as car rentals and flights in the area. If you're like me and itching to get away for a short vacation...you should definitely check out Orlando. They really have so much to do...and the weather there this time of year is beautiful!

Trick or Treat
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Speaking of trick or treating. How many of you remember trick or treating as children and finding some people who wanted you to do a trick to get a treat?!? I always remember wishing that they would just give the candy and not make us come in their home to do a trick. I can imagine that many people tried to avoid houses like this...as they really took up a lot of time when you had so many children waiting in line at the door.

Costumes
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

With Halloween just around the corner, I couldn't help but think back to when I was young and used to go trick or treating with my parents and my brother and sister. We really had a blast doing this as children. We always got to get all dressed up and go out and collect lots of candy. I remember dressing up as many things...but my favorite was probably when I was in early elementary school and dressed up as a dog. It was a great outfit, that many people commented on. I think my sister was a clown that year, and my brother may have been a Ninja Turtle...haha:)

Candy Lovers!
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

This time of year especially, I just love candy!! I don't know about you, but the sound of chocolate really makes my mouth water! I think it's probably because of all the candy I'm seeing in the stores with Halloween just a day away. I try to keep myself from buying the candy though, as it gets very expensive to buy the different kinds that I like. I often have thought how nice it would be if I could just buy the candy that I like in bulk. Well, now I can and so can you! eSnacks.com is an online bulk candy store that allows you to buy the candy you love in bulk for very affordable prices. Find retro candies like bottle caps and other offerings like Cadbury and Spud Bars! You'll find everything on this site...all you have to do is check them out today and take a look around!

Capturing Memories
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I really enjoy taking pictures...but I am really in need of a nice camera. I was just thinking about this is the birth of my nieces and nephews quickly approaches. I want to have a camera that is reliable...especially when it comes to important to occasions like the birth of my nieces and nephews. Maybe Renee and I will have to go out and look for a nice camera this weekend.

Online Casinos
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I don't know about you, but I'd much rather take part in an online casino than one that I actually have to go to. I have many reasons for saying this. One obvious reason, is that I would much rather prefer to gamble from the comfort of my own home. Another reason is simply the crowds of people. I am not big into huge crowds, and typically this is what you find in a casino. If you're like me and would rather use casinos online, then I recommend you take a look at pro360.com. They are a site that I came across....one with which I am quite impressed. They make it easy for you to read reviews of different online casinos and online games like online poker for instance, so you can find the one that suits you best. I think this is great because it is very convenient and helps to save you time. I mean, do you know how long it would take you to surf the web and browse through all of the games out there available to you!?? It would take a very long time I'm sure!! You can read reviews and see ratings...both are very helpful in helping you find one that you are interested in. Take a look today and see what you think. It's really a great site, and very easy to use!!

Old Wives Tales
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My sister was telling me of all the old wives tales out there on ways to get labor started. She is not really doing any of them, but it was still fun to hear of all the ways that people have tried in the past to get their labor started. Many people turn to the use of herbs, walking, spicy food...the list goes on and on!! I'm sure that some of these techniques do work, as there is proof with many women who have tried them.

Online Casinos
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

When I turned 21, I thought the first thing I'd want to do is go into a casino and spend hours there. Well, my birthday came and went...and although I did go to the casino...is was not for hours and hours. In fact, I would probably say it was more like minutes. I was not impressed with the overcrowding of all of the machines and tables, and the atmosphere almost made me gag with all of the smoke. I thought it would be fun to try and win some money...but didn't want to do it in an environment like that. That's why I was excited to learn of top usa online casinos. This is a great site that offers a guide to help you find online casinos that are safe, secure and fun!! The casinos on here are actually ranked according to things such as number of games offered, customer support, graphics and much more!! If you're like me and would rather gamble from the comfort of your own home, then I urge you to take a look at this site today!! They not only make it easy for you to find an online casino...but also give you the top 10 list of sites that you may be interested in check out and learning more about. Head over there today and see for yourself why I was so impressed with what this site had to offer.

Reality TV
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

As I've written in the past, I kind of like the different Reality Television shows that are out there these days. I must admit that some of them go a bit too far...but I still I enjoy them for the most part. One that I thought was more for girls, is The Hills. My girlfriend really enjoys this show...so many Monday nights I find myself watching it with her. There's always a lot of drama which makes it quite interesting. After having watched many episodes, I now have to conclude that even a guy can become interested in a show like this.

Bloggerwave
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I don't know about you, but I love to make extra money when I have the chance. A while back I came across the opportunity to make money online. Not just doing random things though. I actually make extra money by blogging about the things I love. Whether it be products that I enjoy or sites that I find interesting...this is a great way to make money!! bloggerwave is a company that has given me the opportunity to do this, and for that I'm very thankful! They are working towards becoming Europe's biggest advertising media on blogs and they need your help! If you're interested in making some extra money with your blog...take a look at Bloggerwave today.

Prison Break
Monday, October 29, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I really like the television show Prison Break this season. I thought it was going to be on tonight, but unfortunately found out that it wasn't. I was pretty bummed, as I look forward to this every Monday night. I think it is because the World Series has been on...but still...what a bummer. I guess I'm just going to have to wait until next week to see the episode.

Shoes
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

If you consider yourself to be a sophisticated woman or a businessman and are looking for some great shoes that aren't only stylish, but also comfortable...then you should definitely check out Samanta Shoes, a great company that I recently came across as I was surfing the web for shoes for myself. I have been looking for a great pair of dress shoes, and now I have found them!! I think you'll appreciate all this site has to offer, and may even find a pair of shoes for yourself as well....as they offer large size womens shoes. This entire shoe collection is made in Brazil and the sizes run from 5-13 for women and 8-14 for men. Don't waste anymore time just sitting there, head over to their site today and see what you think. If you're looking for a shoe that is elegant and comfortable, then you'll definitely find something here!

Car Stuff
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I love my car, but since I bought it last year, I've had to put quite a bit of money into it. I guess you never know with a car...no matter how new or old it is...what kind of problems it might have. Right now I'm kind of bummed because I've noticed an annoying loud noise that it's making. I really can't hear it from inside the car, unless I have my windows open. I'm not sure what it could be...but I'm kind of embarrassed to drive it because others can hear this really loud noise!

New Furniture
Sunday, October 28, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Right now, living in an apartment, I pretty much have all the furniture that I can fit in one tiny place. However, when the time comes for me to move into a larger place, I'm looking forward to buying some new Bush furniture. I think it would be great to get some newer pieces of furniture, while still holding onto some of the older things I have as well. It's always nice to get something new every once in a while, and furniture will probably be the very first thing I purchase when I move into a bigger place.

Las Vegas Vacation
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

If you've ever been to Las Vegas before, you know that they have a lot for people to do there. I've been there once, and all I can remember is all of the amazing Las Vegas hotels!! There were tons, and they were all so unique and beautiful! I would love to go back someday and try out another motel. I'd also like to do a little more touring of the city to see what they all have to offer. It would make a fun trip away this winter maybe?!? We'll have to see.

Bed and Breakfast
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I've heard from many people that bed and breakfasts are really great. I've never been to one, but think it would be fun to go sometime. I really enjoy skiing, and I hear that Colorado has the best skiing, and also some of the best Colorado bed and breakfast around!! I'm thinking I may have to take some time this winter and try it out...as I've only heard positive things from others who have stayed at one. What do you think?! Is this is a good idea? It seems like it would be a really great time.

Drug Rehab
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

From what I've learned in talking with several people, drug rehabilitation is a very important decision. You can't just go out and choose any old place to find treatment for your addictions. It's important to sort out your options, research, and find the place that is going to be best for you! There's no such thing as a one-size-fits-all program and that's why it's so important to take much consideration when looking for treatment.

Credit Cards
Saturday, October 27, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I often get so much junk in mailbox...much of it coming from credit card companies telling me I've been "pre-approved". I get really tired of this, and was looking for a site where I could find a credit card that's right for me. In doing so I ran across CreditCardSearchEngine.com, a great site that allows users to search, compare and apply for credit cards of their choice. This is the web's longest running site for credit card comparison, so it's one that I've grown to trust. It doesn't matter if you're looking for Airline Credit Cards, reward cards or something else...this site really does have it all!! Check them out today and find the card that's right for your situation.

Birds flying south...
Friday, October 26, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

This time of year in Iowa, we see lots of birds flying south. They do this because around Sept./Oct. the weather turns very cold and they like the warmth of the south. It's actually kind of fun to see the flocks of birds flying while you drive. In fact, my parents were telling me that recently they were driving and they saw the longest line of birds that they had ever seen. They said that it was probably a couple hundred feet across and miles long!! They said there had to of been thousands and thousands of birds. I thought that was pretty cool. Too bad they didn't take a picture.

I love cars!
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I really love cars. I know I say this often, but it's the truth. Everyone has there little hobbies, and cars are one of mine!! Ever since I began driving, I had an interest in cars. I like the sporty types of cars the best...those that look classy and fancy. I have a pretty nice car right now, but someday I'd love to get a car that I consider "classy and fancy". I am going to have to work hard for it. Things like that don't usually just fall into your lap.

Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Karisma Hotels are those located on the sandy beaches of the Mexican Riviera Maya. They offer a new gourmet-inclusive concept especially created for those who LOVE food!! You won't find buffet style serving, but you will be catered to and served by people who want your experience to be the absolutely best. The food is amazing, and something everyone must try!! Visiting Karisma makes for a very relaxing vacation...as they have beach beds, beachside bar swings, beach butlers, hot tubs and much much more!! I could go on and on about All Inclusive Cancun Vacations, but you may want to check out their site for yourself. Learn how you can have a relaxing vacation at the luxurious Karisma Hotels today.

Work From Home
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My sister and sister-in-law are both pregnant, and due this weekend with their first babies!! Everyone is so excited for them! I can't wait to be an uncle...that's for sure! One thing I never really thought much about, until they became pregnant, was mom's who work at home. Both girls are planning on staying at home with their children which I think is just great. They want to be the one raising their children, not strangers. It's nice though, because although they're staying at home...each of them are finding ways to work from home and make a little extra money through blogging.

Schedules
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I'm sure many of you can relate...but once you get a full time job and get used to a schedule it's hard to sleep in on the weekends. I used to be the type of person who could sleep in when I had the chance, but since I'm so used to getting up early every day of the week...I find my self getting up before 8:00 even on the weekends. Some would tell me that that's not too bad, but being someone who used to sleep in until 12 or later....it's a huge change for me.

Cars
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Being the car lover that I am, I'm always interested in finding new sites about cars. One that I recently came across is Radiator.com. It's the leading online source for automotive radiators. They have an inventory of over 80,000 parts and keeps a full stock of radiators for Honda and Acura radiators. Aside from having such a wide selection, they also have a great site full of articles that are helpful for those who aren't experienced or really knowledgeable in the area of radiators. They also make it easy for you to order the things you need and give great prices too! So, whether you're looking for an Accord Radiator or something else, check this site out today.

Wow!
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

It's weird to think that this Spring I will have been out of High School for 4 years already!! Time just flies by. It doesn't hardly seem like that's even possible. Soon we will be having our 5 year reunion. Weird!! I think about that, and then think about how my brother and sister have been out of high school for even longer. They've been out for 7 years this Spring!! They don't seem old enough to be out that long...but I guess the years go by in the blink of an eye.

Rib Crib
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Every two weeks my parents go to a nearby town to get their groceries at Walmart. The grocery store in their hometown is small and it just is so expensive. They like to take this little trip every couple of weeks...it gives them a chance to have a date night.:) They sometimes will go to a movie, but almost always will at least go out to eat. I guess tonight they are headed to the Rib Crib. This is a really yummy restaurant with lots to offer. They just love it!

Beauty School
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

If you are someone interested in going to beauty school, then you've probably heard of Regency beauty schools. They were founded more than 50 years ago and are quickly growing to include almost 30 campuses in 9 different states!! I thought that was incredible! They offer a unique approach to cosmetology education, helping prepare students for that line of work. Not only do they train their students well...they are also known for their great placement of students in salons, cruise ships and more!! If you'd like to learn how you can be apart of Regency, check out their site www.regencybeauty.com today!

Smallville
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

One of my all time favorite television shows is Smallville. Well, right after the show Scrubs I guess. But anyways...I really enjoy watching Smallville, but wish that the story line would pick up a bit. I like it when shows keep me interested and wondering what will happen next. This show used to do that, but not so much anymore. I don't know what the deal is, but hopefully it picks up soon before I lose interest.

Bummer
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I have a few different shows that I like to record on DVR and watch throughout the season. In fact, there are quite a few that are on during the week that I like to watch when I get the chance. It always bums me out though when the shows that I want to see are reruns. I guess I expect this around the holidays and stuff, but sure don't expect it it this close to the beginning of the new season. I wish that they would continue to have new episodes on each week.

Martin Worldwide
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

If you've ever heard of Martin Worldwide before, then you may know that they are one of the leaders in the direct marketing industry. You may also know that they are well known for their mailing list products and buy lists...one being ResponseCom. This is a program that is a mix of US Response and US Consumer databases, giving clients a multi-dimensional database to use. What I think is so great about this program is that it wasn't just something quickly thrown together. It was the result of years and years of tracking and comiling data to give the best program to clients. You can learn more about ResponseCom and Martin Worldwide on their site today!

Take care of your pets!!
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Oh, in talking with my parents they also were talking about the dog next door to them. You see, there are some college kids renting a house next door and they were dumb enough to get a dog. I mean, I understand that some people like having pets, but if you're not going to take care of it...DON'T get it!! Well, these guys don't take care of this dog at all. He's a husky dog and he's WAY too thin. He doesn't get enough to eat and he's outside way too much...in the heat and in the bitter cold. My parents just hate seeing him like that. He wants attention so badly. Sometimes they bring him food and go over to play with him. It's so sad.

Watching the squirrels
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I talked with my parents the other day and they were talking about their squirrel feeder. I guess they just have the best time watching the squirrels eat the corn on the tree. They say it's actually quite entertaining. In fact, their dog Zoe also likes to watch and gets very excited. Whenever she hears them talking about squirrels, she wants to go outside and see the squirrels too. haha I just think that's so funny. Zoe's a nut.:)

My dad has always enjoyed collecting coins. That is why I'm going to have to tell him about Monex Deposit Company, the leading investment leader in America when it comes to gold, silver and precious metals. It's a perfect time to buy something like silver because the demand for it greatly exceeds it's annual production. If you're like my dad and enjoy collecting and investing in coins, then you should check out this site as well!! Di's Birthday
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My sister-in-laws birthday is today. She is 23 years old. I wanted to make sure to call her and wish her a happy birthday...so I did it this afternoon when I'd be sure to catch her around. It sounds like she and Josh don't have real big plans...they're just gonna go walking around their local mall and try to get things going with the birth of her baby. I hope it helps get things started, because I know she's very anxious to have that baby soon....as her due date is tomorrow.:)

Great Shopping
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I live in a great city. It's a college town so there's obviously a lot to offer. The thing that Renee and I love most about this college town is all the shopping!! Between the mall and all the stores in this town and the town that's 10 minutes away...we have every store anyone could ever want!! I know my sister often says how she misses that about CF and that the town she lives in now does not even compare. I am going to have to take advantage of all the shopping now...in case I ever move and don't have it in my new town.

The World Series
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I don't know about you, but I really enjoy watching baseball. There's just something about that sport that has me hooked. As many of you know the time of the World Series is upon us...with the Colorado Rockies and the Boston Red Sox both playing for the win. I'm sure if you're like me and love baseball, you probably want to get tickets to see a game during the World Series. This can be very difficult however, as it is a very popular game that many want to see. That's why, if you're looking for tickets, you want to get them at TicketsNow.com, the best source for world series tickets on the web!! Learn more by visiting their site today.

Cool TV
Thursday, October 25, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

When I got my job, one of the first things I purchased for my new place was a 42 in. LCD Vizio television. I just LOVE it!! I wanted one that could sit up on my television stand, but one that was till big and neat looking. I got everything I want when I purchased this TV and would recommend it to anyone looking to get one. In fact, my brother in law really wants one just like it. I hope he's able to get it soon...he'd just love it!!

Dad's Job
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My dad normally doesn't have to work at night...but every once in a while he does. He has a really great job working as a special agent at a casino near where he works. He works for the DCI which I think would be so awesome!! He typically works 8-4:30 or so...which are awesome hours!! Sometimes though, he has to work a later shift...having him home a little later in the evening. He doesn't mind doing it every once in a while though...it's so much better than when he worked as a trooper and was working late many nights during the week! I think he likes his set schedule.

iamshaman.com
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

If you've never checked out iamshaman.com, you really should!! They making easy for you to find quality botanical specimens for herbarium specimen, ornamental, or incense components. You will also find fresh organic seeds to be used in any Shaman's Garden, plus other kinds of meditation supplies if interested. What impressed me most was the service they offer, and the great prices that they offer it at. Holiday Time Off
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

With it being November almost already, I can't help but think that the holiday season is almost upon us. Not only does this really make me happy since I will get to spend time with my family and loved ones....it also makes me happy because it's looking like I will get 2 weeks off from work!! I'm really looking forward to this, as I haven't had much time off since I started back in May. It will be so great to just have some time to relax and enjoy the time I have to spend with everyone.

Baby Gifts
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

When I found out that my sister was pregnant, as well as my sister-in-law back in February, I starting racking my brain trying to think of a great baby gift that I could get them each. I have some really great in mind...but want to make sure that I know what they're each having for sure so that the gift is correct. It won't be long now...then I'll be able to finally order the thing I've been so anxious to give each of them!:)

Hallandale Beach
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Hallandale is now better than ever, with Beach Club...the luxury Condominiums that I recently read about in a web release. The reason The Beach Club in Hallandale Beach is so great is due to it's location right there on the oceanfront property, as well as it's proximity to things like the Diplomat Resort, shopping like Bal Harbour Shops and a nightlife that can't be beat in South Beach! These condos consist of three condos in Hallandale Beach. If you'd like to learn more about these condos as well as how you might be able to get one...you should definitely check out their site today! You won't be sorry!!

Work Clothes
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

When I began working it was during the warmer months, so recently I began thinking that I better get some clothes for the colder months that are yet to come. Renee and I went shopping at Kohl's and we found so many great deals!! Renee is really good at picking out things that I like, so she helped me out a lot!! I got so many clothes for under 100 dollars...which I thought was great! Now I should be all set for the up and coming winter months!

Garages
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My dad has always wanted another garage. What's great is, that they have the yard to do it...it just hasn't gotten done yet. I think it's in their plans for the next couple of years though...as it would be a very nice thing to have in addition to the single garage they already have. I'm going to have to tell him about Lidget concrete garages. They are a UK supplier of concrete garages and offer great quality and great prices on the things they have available to you. If you're like my dad and would like a new Prefab Garages , check out Lidget first!! Their site has a lot of information on their company and all that they have to offer...so head over there today and see what you think.

Something New
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My sister was telling me that recently she and her husband decided to get an air purifier for their basement. The owner before them had a cat, and since Jenna has pretty bad allergies when it comes to animals like cats, the air purifier was their best choice. I guess it's really helped her allergies since they got it and just really purified the air. Maybe it's something I should consider....it sounds like a great thing to have in anyone's home, don't you think?!

Avand.co.uk

Finally!
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My sister had her appointment today and told me that everything is looking good. Basically the doctor told her that she doesn't want her to go past a week over her due date though, so if she doesn't have the baby by Thursday then she will have an induction that morning!! Even though this makes her a little nervous, she's excited because they will finally get to meet their little one!! I'm excited too!

Mortgages
Wednesday, October 24, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I personally have not had any experience with mortgages, but my sister bought a house a while back and I learned SOOO much about the whole mortgage and home buying process. It was actually quite interesting, and I remember asking her many questions. It helped me, because now I know some things about the process for when I am getting ready to buy my own home...hopefully in the near future?! Ever since they bought their home, I have been doing some research on the matter. I want to make sure that I have just as good of an experience as they did. One site that I am extremely interested in is a new mortgage broker site with independent financial advisors who actually call you and get you free quotes based on the information you give them!! If you check out their site, you'll see all that they have to offer and how easy they make it. Whether you're a first time homebuyer, or interested in Remortgages, you should definitely take a look and see what you think of this site today!!

Squirrels
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My sister was telling me about all the squirrels that they have around their yard this time of year. I guess they're pretty fun to watch...especially after they recently got a squirrel feeder and hung it on a tree in their front yard. She said that the same squirrel comes back throughout the day and eats so much of the corn!! They went through three cobs in just over a week!! She said that many time the squirrel will take the corn and hide it in the grass. It sounds pretty entertaining!! haha

Ashop
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Have you ever heard of Ashop Commerce before? They are the leading provider of hosted shopping car software and a company that I recently learned about when surfing the web. I am type of guy who would love to get myself started in an online business at some point. Computers and business are just my thing. I'm glad I came across Ashop and their ecommerce software when I did, because I now have the opportunity to use their 10 day free trial offer and see what they're all about. From what I can tell so far, they're going to be a company that I really enjoy working with. They have outstanding customer support, something important for some just getting started. They also make it really easy for those of us who are beginners to set up our site and start selling online. They have so many designs and features to choose from...so now I can make my site unique and catered to my specific needs. I'm really happy with what I've learned about this shopping cart software so far, and I bet you will be too. Head over to their site to learn more and see what you think.

Loans, Loans, Loans
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Well, October is not only a sign that winter is coming, but is also a sign that soon my student loans will be kicking in...in fact I've already started to get my bills in the mail!! After I graduated from college, I had a 6 month grace period with all of my loans. It was nice, because it allowed me to find a great job and get on my feet a little bit before all those bills started rolling in. I hadn't really thought much about my student loans, until just recently when my mom reminded me that they are about to set in. I'm not looking forward to having more bills, but I guess the sooner I start paying them, the sooner they'll get paid off.

Truck Bedliners
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My dad has a truck, but he has always said that he'd like a different one...one that has four doors instead of two. Right now it's hard to get in and out of the extended cab of his truck, because there's only two doors. When he does decide that it's time to get a new truck, I'm definitely going to encourage him to look at the STK Line-A-Bed Bedliners for it. From what I've learned, these bedliners drop in and are easy to install. Not only that but this truck bedliner is durable and skid resistant, which means that it will only help his truck and the bedliner to last longer!! I don't know if you're like me, but keeping my vehicles nice is very important. If you're like me, then you definitely should check out STK Bedliners and the low prices that they offer.

New Exercise Equipment
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My parents recently got a new Elliptical Machine. I saw it last time I was home and thought it was the neatest thing. My mom absolutely love it...as it is a good work out, but seems pretty easy. My sister just loves elliptical machines and I guess she is the one who finally talked them into getting this one. It's probably the last piece of exercise equipment that they will have to buy. It's a great workout and something you can do from the comfort of your own home...can't get much better than that.

Bed Collection
Tuesday, October 23, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Looking for a great bed company in the UK?? If so, then you should definitely check out time4sleep.co.uk. They are a UK based bed company who offer leather beds, wooden beds, childrens beds and even a French bed collection. The French Beds collection is actually a second line that has been extended at the request of customers who wanted expansion of the range of beds offered. I think it's great that there's a company out there like this that will listen to their customers and give them the products that they are looking for. From what I can tell, their line of beds are just amazing, and something many people would like. Check them out to learn more about what they have to offer.

Still Waiting....
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Well, I'm still waiting to hear from my sister and sister-in-law. Neither one has called me yet, so I assume that they have not had their babies yet. I know they're not due for a few more days...but all of us are still hoping that both will go early. I think both girls are very ready to have the babies, and the entire family is anxious to meet them!! I'll keep you updated...

Big Blue Hotel
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I don't know about you, but when I travel, especially somewhere far away, I like to know that I'm staying in a very nice hotel. I recently came across a great 4-star hotel that's based in Blackpool UK. From what I can tell, this is a very nice hotel and one that I would definitely want to stay at if I were to be vacationing here. What's so special about the Big Blue Hotel is that it's actually the only new hotel that has been built here in over 25 years! If you're looking to stay at the Hotel of the Year, voted in at the Blackpool Tourism Awards, then you should definitely check out this one!! I know I want to spend time at a place that is known for it's service, quality, value and more! Learn more about Hotel Blackpool on their site today!

Lunch Time
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Wow do my mornings just fly by. I'm usually very busy at work...and before I know it it's already lunch time already. Today I think I'm going to find something quick in my cupboards to eat, rather than eating out at a fast food restaurant. Sometimes it's nice to do that, but lately I've been wanting to eat more healthy. I'm sure I can find leftovers or something to eat. The best thing is that this doesn't cost me money either.

St. Augustine
Monday, October 22, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Many of you may know this already, but the last Saturdays of October and November, October 27th and November 24th, mark an incredible time in the Nation's Oldest City. San Marco Avenue, in St. Augustine, is filled with street music and chances for those interested to shop for antiques, books, and so much more!! I never really thought I'd be the type of person who would have an interest in something like this...but, in learning more, I think it's something that both my girlfriend and I would really enjoy. I would have to say that the antiques and books are what interest me most about this big event!! I think it would be great to visit all of the antique stores and unique shops that they have in this area. Going to some of the book stores that have readings and book signings by local authors would also be a great interest of mine, as well as my girlfriend!! What a fun thing it would be to go to the Nation's Oldest City and see some of these things that it has to offer it's visitors!! Do these Events in St. Augustine sound like something you'd enjoy as well? If so, you should definitely check out their site today!! They offer information on what to expect there, as well as a recap of the dates when all of this fun is going to go on!! Don't wait long though...October 27th and November 24th will be here before we know it!!

Viola
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Have you ever eaten the Viola food before?? I hadn't until just recently, and man is it good!! My girlfriend and I decided that we wanted to try the roasted garlic one this time...so tonight that's what we're having! I like eating the Viola meals, because not only are you getting your pasta, but you're also getting your veggies too. I suppose I better go and eat...I think it's almost ready!! Yum!!

Stay at home moms
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My sister and sister-in-law are both pregnant, and due this week with their first babies!! Everyone is so excited for them! I can't wait to be an uncle...that's for sure! One thing I never really thought much about, until they became pregnant, was mom's who work at home. Both girls are planning on staying at home with their children which I think is just great. They want to be the one raising their children, not strangers. It's nice though, because although they're staying at home...each of them are finding ways to work from home and make a little extra money.

Living in Orlando
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

When I was younger I had many opportunities to go on fun trips with my family! One place that we went several time was Orlando Florida. Every time we went there were new thing to do...and it always turned out to be a GREAT vacation for all! I love it so much down there, not only because of the things there are to do, but also because of the weather! My dream would be to have an Orlando rental home there one day! Who knows...maybe that will happen sooner than I think.

No Snow Yet, but Brrr!!
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Brrr!! I should have spent more time outdoors this weekend, because now the weather is bitter cold. I went outside just to get the mail and about froze! Ok, ok, I don't think it's probably that cold out....but definitely in the 40's, which is a huge change from the 70's a couple of days ago. That's one thing about the midwest...we just never know what kind of weather we're going to get. It could be worse I suppose. At least we haven't seen any snow yet!! :)

I know I have. That's why I was really happy to find Talent Rock! This is a great site with information for those looking to get into the business, and those looking for new talent. Birthday Cards
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I have a brother and sister who are twins. On their birthday yesterday I wanted to do more than just call them and say Happy Birthday!! So, I found a great ecard that I could send them!! I could type in the words I wanted it to say, and then when they receive the card a monkey would say my message. They both really enjoyed these ecards and got a real good chuckle out of them!!:) haha Being into computers as much as I am, I usually can come up with some pretty creative!:)

Mortgages
Saturday, October 20, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Buying new homes and mortgages have been topics that are interests of mine ever since my sister and her husband bought their new home a couple months ago. They filled me in on all the details of buying a home, and I found it all to be very interesting. From what I understand, many mortgage companies these days are offering different kinds of individualized home loan options for those looking to buy. I thought this was great news!! Everybody's circumstances are different, so this is a good thing to have. Since this has been an interest of mine for the past couple of months, I've become very familiar with PersonalHomeLoanMortgages.com and all that they have to offer. Here is where you'll find the home loan information and advice that you may be looking for if you're in the process of taking out a mortgage. Their site is laid out very nicely, making it easy for you to learn more about everything from Mortgage Refinance to Mortgage Brokers. So, what are you waiting for?! Check them out today!!

Bill Time
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

As much as I hate it...I really must do some bills today. I have to say this is probably my least favorite thing about living on my own and being out of school. When I was in college, I lived in the dorms and I hardly had any bills. Mainly just my cell phone bill. Now I have every kind of bill you can think of...from utilities, to student loans, to rent...the list goes on and on. I need to get some of these done in case I get a call here that my sister had the baby. Then I will be able to take off and go see them without having to worry about bills being paid.

New Phone
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Having worked in the cell phone business in the past, it's something that I know a lot about, and find it to be very interesting. I love learning of all the new phones out there and the new technology that's being created. Not only that, but of course I always need the latest and greatest phone. What technology guru wouldn't?!? Recently I came across the Samsung G600 Camera Phone. I'm not always impressed by all cell phones, but this one stood out to me. Probably because all of it's outstanding features and what it has to offer it's users. It has a 5 megapixel camera, internet access and so much more!!

This is not the only great thing about the Samsung Mobile Phone though. There is also a modeling competition going on, where the person who's picture is picked as the winner is taken to a photo shoot in London!! Now that is a once in a lifetime opportunity if you ask me!! If you'd like to learn more about this amazing opportunity, stop by their site today!

Getting used to a schedule...

Akavar
Wednesday, October 17, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

This past Sunday, a Dynakor Pharmacal launched a nationwide advertising campaign in Parade Magazine about Akavar, a weigh loss product. Parade Magazine hasn't done this for a weight loss product in 15 years, so this is a pretty big deal if you ask me!! I hadn't heard much about this weight loss supplement until just recently, but was really quite impressed with what I found. Do you want to lose some weight?? If so, then you should check out Akavar 20 50 as well. It's great for those who are looking to lose a small amount of weight or a large amount of weight. Losing weight is a great weigh to get back that self esteem that you once had, not to mention a healthier you!! If you're interested in learning more about this great product, check out their site today.

Squirrels
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I never really had taken the time to watch the squirrels until last night. I was sitting on my patio when I saw a squirrel in the tree by my apartment. He was picking up corn that someone had placed by the tree and hiding it in the ground. It was so cute. Then, suddenly the squirrel was climbing to the top of the tree and making really loud screeching noises. I wasn't sure if he was mad or happy, but they were not pleasant noises.

Collection Agency
Tuesday, October 16, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

If you are in a business that works with collections agencies, you know how stressful it can be. At times it can be very frustrating when they don't do their job, or don't understand the business you are working for. I for one am glad that I have found a commercial collection agency that sets out to do what they say they will do. They have a great reputation and know what they're doing. This is the kind of company I want working for me...how about you?!?

Cordless Phones
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I never have been big into cordless phones...but my parents have many of them. They've had some that are better than others. One of their cordless phones is older than the rest. It doesn't seem to hold a charge long at all. I got to thinking that maybe they need to buy a new cordless phone battery to fix the problem. It's worth a shot at least...right?!?

Homecoming
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

This past weekend was the local college's homecoming. I graduated from this college, and my girlfriend still attends there. She and I both really don't get into all of the homecoming festivities much, but we both really do enjoy watching the football team play. We decided that we wanted to go and get some college football tickets to watch the game, but by the time we got there, they were all sold out. Oh well...we were still able to go home and watch the game on TV.

New Bathroom
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My sister was recently telling me that they are feeling all settled into their new home. Now, she and her husband are making a list of all the things they'd like to do as far as remodeling projects go down the road. One of the biggest projects that they have to do is redo a bathroom. It's only partially finished, and there's a lot of work to be done. They will need kichler lighting, a new vanity, flooring, a shower, etc. It's a big job, but once they do it, it will look very nice!!

Birth Announcements
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Pretty soon I would expect to be getting two birth announcements in the mail. My sister and sister-in-law are both pregnant and expecting their babies in less than two weeks!! They are so excited, and so is my entire family. We're all just sitting around waiting for that call to hear that they've had their babies. Who knows...maybe they'll even have them around the same time, especially since their due dates are only a day apart!! We'll just have to wait and see I guess.

Succession Planning
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Anyone involved in business like I am, knows how important succession planning is. What's great nowadays, is that there is actually succession planning software out there to make your job a little bit easier. Did you know that??! If not, then you should definitely check it out at Halogensoftware.com. I was really impressed with their succession planning software and I think you will be as well. Check it out today and see if this is what your business has been looking for.

Nice Neighborhood
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My sister and her husband recently bought their first home. They are so excited, and just loving it!! My mom was telling me what a nice neighborhood they're living in. It's probably one of the nicest areas in their town. She said what's so great about it is, is that there's such a diversity in homes. You have your luxury homes mixed in with other nicer homes that aren't quite as luxurious. I wouldn't consider my sister's house a luxury home, but it's very nice. It's nice that there are other nice homes in the area too!! Sounds like a great place to raise a family.

Tonight
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

It feels great to be off work and home for the evening. It's one of those days again when staying indoors is a must. It's very cloudy and looks as though it could pour rain in just minutes. I think I will do some cleaning, make myself some supper and see what's on television. Either that, or maybe even pop in a movie. I have many on my dvd shelf that I haven't even seen yet. That might be a good idea to start watching some of them.

Online Coupons
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I don't know about you, but with the busyness of life, it seems that shopping online is much easier than going out and shopping in many different stores. It's so much faster to sit down and surf the web to find the things you are looking for. I also like that there is a site like NCNatural.com, an Online Coupons site. This not only helps me to save money, but I can do so from the comfort of my own home! You can't get much better than that. This site is so great because it's updated daily which means you're getting the most up to date offers from hundreds of different merchants. I also enjoyed how the site is laid out. It's really easy to use and makes it easy to find the coupons that you are looking for. Take a look today and see what you think. Whether you're looking for Dell Coupons or Amazon Coupons, this is the place for you!!

Student Loans

Well, October is not only a sign that winter is coming, but is also a sign that soon my student loans will be kicking in. After I graduated college, I had a 6 month grace period with all of my loans. It was nice, because it allowed me to find a great job and get on my feet a little bit. Check Into Cash
Monday, October 15, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I'm sure many of you have heard of the different kinds of payday loans out there today. Cash advance is actually a great thing for people who find themselves in a bind when it comes to money. If you find that there's an emergency, and you need cash quick to get you by until your next payday, then I suggest you take a look at Check Into Cash. They are a great site that can help you out with all of your Cash Advance needs. Take a look at their site to learn more.

Speaking Spanish
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I took Spanish classes in high school bet never really felt that I learned a whole lot. Now that I'm out of college in a job where I work with people who speak fluent Spanish, it's been something that I've gradually picked up. It seems that working one-on-one with people who speak the language is the best way to learn. I guess learning it through books wasn't my way of understanding it best. It's been fun though, and I really am beginning to enjoy speaking more and more Spanish.

Fun Ahead
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

The next couple of weeks should be a pretty exciting time in my family!! Next weekend is my brother and sister's birthday, then a few days from that is my sister-in-law's birthday, then the big arrival of my two nieces or nephews!! It's going to be so exciting!!! What a fun time for all of us. I can't believe that it's already time for all of these fun celebrations to begin!

Air Purifier
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My sister was telling me that recently she and her husband decided to get an air purifier for their basement. The owner before them had a cat, and since Jenna has pretty bad allergies when it comes to animals like cats, the air purifier was their best choice. I guess it's really helped her allergies since they got it and just really purified the air. Maybe it's something I should consider....it sounds like a great thing to have in anyone's home.

Orlando Vacation
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Are you looking to go on a great vacation this holiday season? Or maybe over spring break or this summer? If so, you might consider an Orlando vacation...as this is a great vacation spot for all ages!! The reason it's so great, is because they not only have 52 theme parks, but also have great Orlando Hotels, beautiful beaches, dinner shows, and other great attractions...like their golf for instance!! Having been to Orlando a number of times, I know what a great place it is to go. The neat thing about Orlando, is that I never get tired of it. There's always new and improved things being added to it! Definitely consider Orlando for your next vacation...you won't be disappointed.

Chores
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Chores are not something that I really enjoy doing...but then, who really enjoys doing chores?!? Even though it's not something I really enjoy doing, I know that I must get things done, otherwise my place would be a pit. The one thing though that I just hate doing is laundry. I wait until I absolutely have to do laundry before I actually do it. Today was that day and it's been no fun. It's especially not fun when you have to pay quarters to do your laundry.

Church Today
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Today in church our pastor decided to do things a little bit differently. Instead of having all of the chairs in rows facing the stage, he made it so they all faced each other, almost in circle form. He was talking about how the church is actually the people, not a building and how we are a community. It was actually a neat way to have the service. He was in the center where all could see him still...but we could also see others who go there. We even met some people who had never seen us there before that wanted to introduce themselves to us since they are around the same age as us.

Tickets
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

It has always been my dream to attend a Dallas Cowboys game!! As many people that know me have come to find out, this is my absolute favorite team!! Sadly, however, I have never been able to come by tickets that were cheap enough or that weren't sold out. That's why I was excited to learn of a site, Premium Seats USA, that allows fans like myself to find tickets to their favorite NFL, MLB, NBA or NHL game. They even offer this service for concert tickets as well. They offer a huge selection of great tickets, meaning it's much easier for you to find the tickets you're looking for through this online ticket broker. If you're like me and anxiously looking for Dallas Cowboys tickets, or tickets for some other team, then this is the site for you!!

Talk of Christmas Already?!?
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Oh my goodness...I was just listening to the radio and they were actually talking about Christmas already!! I mean, I know the holiday season is right around the corner, but it's weird hearing people talk about Christmas already. hat's exciting though, as it's always a fun time of year! I can't wait for Christmas. Hopefully it comes quickly.

Music
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Have you ever noticed how much music can effect you?!? I've definitely noticed this. The kind of music a person listens to really does affect them...good and bad depending on the music. I think lyrics that are more depressing and down tend to affect people in that way. And music that's uplifting and positive has that affect on people. That's why I enjoy Christian music so much. Not only do I get the chance to worship Jesus, but I also get that encouraging message and it's just so uplifting!!

Supper??
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I know it's only late afternoon, but I'm already starting to think about what I'd like for supper tonight?!? It's always something that I have to decide and it's not very fun. I kind of took advantage of when I was home and my parents would always decide what was for supper. Now, that I'm living on my own, I have to decide what I'm going to eat. I'd like to make something, but I'm just not sure what?!?

Nap Time
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I'm seriously considering taking a nap this afternoon. It's one of those days outside, dark and dreary, and it's perfect for taking a nap as it rains. I really like this kind of weather for taking naps and I think today is the perfect day to do that. Besides, a nap helps refresh me and gets me ready for the work week ahead.

Grandparents
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My parents are really looking forward to being grandparents in just a couple weeks. They've even started to buy all the cool things that kids will love. They have things for babies, like swings and bouncy seats, as well as things for a little bit older children as well...like a kitchen set, a little grill, play food, and more!! I think it's really neat that they have all of this stuff for the grandkids...they'll just love it!!

Cool Store
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My mom was telling me how she and Jenna found a great store that sells used items for really cheap!! They have everything from clothing, baby stuff, furniture and more!! I am thinking it would be a good place to take some of the things that I don't need any more. I'd like to give things that would help others, as well as make a little money for it too. I think I may have to do that the next time I'm home.

Elliptical Machine
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My parents recently got a new Elliptical Machine. I saw it last time I was home and thought it was the neatest thing. My mom absolutely love it...as it is a good work out, but seems pretty easy. My sister just loves elliptical machines and I guess she is the one who finally talked them into getting this one. It's probably the last piece of exercise equipment that they will have to buy. It's a great workout and something you can do from the comfort of your own home...can't get much better than that.

Golf and Exercise
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Although I've really gotten into golfing this summer with my girlfriend Renee, I'm also really enjoying the time we've gotten to spend together walking and working out. Golf and exercising both make me feel so much better and just more energized. I'm glad that I have someone who has these same interests as me. If I didn't then I don't know how determined I would be to do them on my own.

Getting Ready...
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

From the sounds of it, my sister is really looking forward to having the baby. I mean, she's really enjoyed pregnancy and all the cool things that go along with it, like feeling the baby move and going to get the ultrasounds, but she's really looking forward to holding that little one in her arms. She's just becoming a little more uncomfortable...normal aches and pains of late pregnancy. Hopefully for her sake, she'll have the baby soon.

I think one of the greatest things out there as far as getting money is concerned is the cash advance option. Have you ever heard of it, or used a service like this?? I haven't, but I'm glad to know that the option is always there in case I need to get money quickly in case of an emergency. I recently came across a great cash advance site that makes it so easy for people to get cash quickly, and have it put directly in their checking account safely and securely!! I don't know about you, but it's a comfort for me to know that there's a company out there who makes it easy for me to access cash before my payday if I would run into a situation where I needed it. For instance, if my car had troubles, I would need to get it fixed as soon as possible, because I depend on it to get to work each day. This would be the exact type of situation that I would use a cash advance for. How about you? What kind of a situation would you use it for?? If you're interested in learning more, I suggest you take a look at this payday loans website. It's very informative and you'll see how easy they make it for you to use their services!!

Busy Month
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I recently realized that my brother and sister, who are twins, have their 25th birthday coming up a week from Sunday!! I have been so concentrated on the birth of each of their children at the end of the month that I kind of forgot that their birthday's were upon us. October is quite a busy month as far as birthday's are concerned in my family....especially after the babies are born. My brother and sister celebrate their birthdays on October 21st. My sister-in-law celebrates her birthday October 26th, and my soon to be nieces or nephews will celebrate their birthdays sometime at the end of the month. It's such a fun time!

Digital Photography
Thursday, October 11, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I have always loved taking pictures...especially with my digital camera!! I really love the convenience of digital photography and the ease that it offers the person taking the picture. Digital cameras make it so easy to take pictures and see them instantly. I really like how you don't have to pay to get every picture you take, but only the ones that you want. It's also great that they can be put on a computer and sent through e-mail as well. I have a pretty simple digital camera, and although it works great, I'd really like to get a better one. One with more zooming capability, and one that would just take higher quality pictures. I think I may ask for a digital camera from my parents for Christmas, as this would come in very handy now that I'm soon to be an uncle to two nieces or nephews. Maybe one of the higher quality canon cameras or something?! Right now I only use my camera on the holidays or something like that, but once these babies are born, I will be using my camera primarily for them! So far my favorite pictures captured are probably those taken with my family and I and I'm sure I can add many to my collection as a proud uncle in just a couple weeks!!

Another Appointment
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Today my sister told me that she had her 38 week appointment. She's getting pretty anxious to have her baby and really enjoys going to the doctor to see how things are progressing. I guess her favorite part of each appointment is when the doctor listens to the baby's heartbeat. She just thinks it's the neatest thing each and every time!! Although she does love these appointments, she is very ready to have this baby and hold him/her in her arms!!:)

Planning a trip!
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I grew up in a family that really enjoyed traveling. In fact, one of my greatest childhood memories is all of the fun family vacations that we took together!! We've gone so many places, I can't thank my parents enough for making sure that we had those vacations to go on. Although we have been many places...ones places that we have not been is the UK. I don't know about the rest of my family, but the UK is definitely a place that I'd like to visit!!! I've done some research, and it seems that their culture, nightlife, and hospitality are just outstanding!! From what I hear, it's just beautiful there, and the things to do are endless!!

In researching this vacation spot more in depth, I realized that I shouldn't have a problem finding London Hotels, Edinburgh Hotels, or Glasgow Hotels. These are places I'd like to visit, so I'm thrilled that finding a place to stay shouldn't be a problem. Especially since I plan to use Cheaperthanhotels when I book my trip. They are great at giving the best deals and last minute deals too. Take a look if you're interested in traveling to the UK and see what Cheaperthanhotels can do for you!

Blog about visiting the UK for nightlife and sampling a bit of the local culture and hospitality in London , Glasgow and Edinburgh.

I love it!!
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I just love having a way to make money other than at my full time job. Blogging is such a great way to earn a little extra cash. It's so nice because it's not only a continual way to make money, but it's also a way to make money when you want. I get to choose when I want to blog and how often. Truthfully, I take every opportunity I can to blog, as it's such great money!! If you're not blogging for money yet, you really should start!!

Coupon Chief
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

With each day the holiday season gets closer and closer. That's really had me thinking about what to get my parents for Christmas. I know it's still a couple months away...but with new babies on the way in my family I know things will be very busy and two months will be here and gone before we know it!! That's why I'm looking to do my shopping online. It's so much easier than shopping from store to store, and the best part is...when you use Coupon Chief, you get great coupons too!! I really think my mom would enjoy some new fitness things, like clothes or more equipment. She and my dad got a new elliptical machine at their house and she just loves it!! She's been really good to exercise almost every day which is great! I think for her I will look for something using Sports Authority Coupons. For my dad I will probably look into using Target Coupons to get him something. He likes all of the electronics at Target, and I'm sure I could find him something really nice there. If you're like me and want to get your holiday shopping underway...definitely check out Coupon Chief and their online coupons!! You can save money and your shopping experience will be easy and stress free. Take a look today and see what you think.

Take Off Early
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Gosh, what a day so far. My job isn't too terribly stressful, but today I'm just ready to be done with work for the afternoon. We've been so busy and I'm so tired. Sometimes I almost wonder if I have been getting too much sleep and that's what's making me so tired?!? I'm just feeling a little off today and would like to go home and just get some things done around my place. Maybe I'll take off a little early today?!? I think I may just have to do that.:)

Pools
Wednesday, October 10, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

If you are from Mesa Arizona, then you probably know that Cameo Pools is the oldest company there. They have been around for 30 years and continue to build the best pools around!! They aren't looking to make the most expensive pools, just good quality pools that will last. In fact, their quality pool construction is something they're known for, as well as their outstanding customer service!! Even though they have been around for a long time, they are still very busy, as they build 200-300 pools a year!! What's great about this, is that they custom build them to suit your style and taste. New Babies!!
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My sister and sister-in-law both have about 2 1/2 weeks left until their baby's are due. I'm really excited because two weeks will go by so quickly. Unfortunately I probably won't be able to go see my sister-in-law and their son because they live so far away...but I am going to try and make it up to see my sister and their baby once it's born. Then I'll get to see Josh and Di's baby over the holiday's probably. It will be a busy time, but I'm really looking forward to it.

Weird
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

It's kind of weird...this week both my parents have classes and training for their jobs at the exact same time. One goes north, and the other goes south. I don't think that's happened in the whole time that they've been working. It works out well though, because then one isn't stuck home without the other. And, my sister took their dog for them, so they didn't have to worry about finding a dogsitter for her which is nice too.

Becoming an Uncle
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I'm really looking forward to being an uncle soon!! And what's best is that I not only get to become an uncle for the first time once, but twice. My sister is due the 28th and my sister-in-law is due the 27th. I mean, who knows when exactly they will have their babies...but it appears as though it will be pretty close together. I know both girls are really getting excited about having the babies, and I'm excited about meeting them.:)

Grocery Time
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

As I sit here and enjoy my relaxing day off from work, I am realizing that there are some things I should really get done. One of these things is getting some of the groceries that I so desperately need. I am just not the type of person who enjoys getting groceries. I hate taking the time to go to the store, and I hate spending money...food is expensive! I usually just get things little by little insted of getting a huge load...I like doing that a lot better.

Journey Lite
Saturday, October 06, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I often hear people talking about weight loss surgeries, but have never known much about it, until just recently. When I was browsing the web recently I came across a company, Journey Lite. This is a network of facilities and skilled professionals who provide people with the weight loss surgery, the Lap Band system procedure. It's the safest and least invasive weight loss surgery out there which is the basis of it's appeal for many. Doctor's put an adjustable band on the upper part of the stomach, which helps to make the person feel full sooner. This in turn helps them to eat less and lose weight. If you're someone who is interested in a surgery like this, take a look at houston lapband surgery today.

This is Great
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

A lot of times my weekends go by so quickly, but this one is actually going by at a nice pace. I think it helps that I don't have much to do today, that makes the time go by more slowly. Most weekends I have so much to do, so by the time I actually get a chance to sit down I've already wasted most of my day and weekend. I hope the rest of my weekend goes by just as slowly...this is great!

New Phone
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I talked to my mom the other day and it sounds like she got a new phone. She had the old Razr, but was having some problems with it so she decided to get one of the newer Razr phones now that she was eligible to get one. She got it from my brother-in-law last night and really likes it. I guess it's really sleek looking with lots to offer. She especially loves how it will play music for the callers as well as for her ring tones. I'm looking forward to seeing it now that I've heard so much about it.

Baby Store
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I'm sure there are many parents out there who wonder where they can find real and trustworthy reviews from other parents on different baby supplies like products, a baby store, services, gear, etc. It's hard to find somewhere to get opinions and honest reviews, that is, until now. Lilaguide.com is a site where parents can go to find reviews on almost every product out there. You can find out what other parents think of services, doctors, stores etc!! I took a look at it and I'm really impressed with how much they have to offer. I think it's a site that many parents, especially those just starting out would really appreciate. Head over there and check them out today.

Fall Weather
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Wow, this is the second day in a row when the weather has just been beautiful. It hasn't been raining and the temps are getting back up there into the 80's which is great for October here in the midwest. I'm actually really happy that winter isn't around the corner yet, I love this Fall weather. Unfortunately it seems like Fall is one of the shortest seasons we have...so I want to enjoy every nice Fall day that we have.

Skin Care
Friday, October 05, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Most people understand how important it is to take care of our skin. I used to think this was just something that girls do, but guys need to take care of their skin too. There are so many different skin care products out there for both men and women, that can be of great benefit! If you haven't been the best at taking care of your skin, I strongly urge you to start doing so today by finding a skin care product that is right for you.

What a nice day!
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

IT turned out to be a very nice day. I woke up this morning wondering what the weather was going to do, as it looked like it had been raining pretty good most of the night. It hasn't rained at all the rest of the day though. The sun is shining and I really am enjoying the pleasant temps!! Thank goodness for a nice day on Friday!! That makes today even better.

Innovative Tutor
Wednesday, October 03, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I don't know about you, but having a learning environment that's fun is something I think is important for young children. I mean, there has to be learning going on, but I think fun makes learning more meaningful and enjoyable for children, causing them to get more out of whatever it is they're being taught. That's why I like Score Learning Centers and the program they have set up to help children make academic progress in school. They do this through an innovative learning environment and by use of an Innovative Tutor who want to help. It's a program that I am considering having my own children take part in some day if they need it and that's why I wanted to share it with you as well.

Pretty Neat
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My sister is pretty excited because she has another OB appointment tomorrow. She never used to like going to the doctor, but now that it's for the baby , she just loves it! I think she especially enjoys getting to go and listen to the baby's heartbeat. She said that's always such a neat thing to do. She said that it never gets old because it reminds her that there's actually life growing inside of her. It is pretty cool when you think about it!

Reading Tutor
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Do you or someone you know have children between the ages of 4 and 14 who struggle with reading? If so, then you should know about Score Learning centers. They help children make academic progress through an innovative tutoring environment. They have qualified and skilled reading tutors who can help make learning fun for them. When my children are between the ages of 4-14, I'm definitely going to consider getting them Reading Tutors from Score if they need it and you should too.

Hmm.....what to do?
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I'm debating whether or not to shut the windows or not. I'm not sure how cool it's going to get tonight?! I don't want to leave them open and then it doesn't get any cooler, because I have a hard time sleeping when it's hot out. On the other hand, I don't really want to shut them and have to turn on the air, because it seems silly to do that now that we're in October already. Hmm...what to do.

Symark Software
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I recently read an interesting web release, released by Symark Software that stated that today their PowerBroker and PowerPassword access control solutions will support the new HP integrity servers. Symark is the leading provider of UNIX and Linux security administration solutions and is well known for the products they offer. Their products help to limit the access of information and systems using policies and privileges that are already set. The PowerBroker program protects the root account, and the PowerPassword lets managers do things, like Password Reset, with the UNIX and Linux accounts. I really liked all this company had to offer. If you're into technology like me, then this will be something that you find interesting as well. Take a look at their site and see what you think.

Golf Weather?!!
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I got to thinking over lunch today how nice of a day it is outside and that maybe it would be a good day to get in some golfing?!! I have been wanting to get out there and play some before the really cold weather and snow come, so maybe today would be perfect. I'll have to ask Renee...hopefully she'll want to go with me.

Grocery Shopping
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

It's getting to that point in the week where I am really running out of groceries and things to eat for lunch and supper. I hate it when that happens, because I really don't have the time or the money to go out and buy groceries yet, but the cupboards are increasingly becoming more and more bare. I've been trying to find things, but it's very difficult. I may have to give in and just get some groceries tonight.

Lovers Planet
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I've never been one to get into the dating site thing...but I do know many people who have. Often I hear them commenting on how they'd like a different, unique type of site that focused on bringing people together for serious relationships, not just friendships. I now know that I can suggest Lovers Planet to them, as this is a site that I recently came across. They are a community of singleRussian Brides looking for serious relationships with single men that will lead to marriage and romance. These women are serious about finding a life partner, and take that role very seriously. They put it before jobs or anything else. If you're looking for an intelligent and well-educated person...take a look at this site today.

Beautiful Fall Day
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

What a nice day it is outside today. I was hoping that the rain would be done soon, and it looks like it will be...at least for now anyways. I looked outside this morning and saw that the sun was shining and the skies were clear. It's even supposed to get up into the upper 70's which is beautiful weather for the beginning of October. It's really a nice Fall day!

Computers
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I don't know about you, but I'm a huge fan of computers and all that they have to offer people these days. I always want to make sure that I have the best computer with the best features out there. I also always like to make sure that I'm taking care of my computer and not letting it get bogged down by a bunch of documents and programs that take up a lot of space. That's why I've decided to buy a flash drive which will help me have some mobile storage as well.

So Blessed
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Well, I've been working at John Deere for over 5 months now and am really enjoying it. At first it was a little overwhelming, as I'm sure all new jobs can be...but now that I'm really getting the hang of it...I just LOVE it!! It's the job of my dreams and one that I went to school for. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful place to work, with such wonderful coworkers. I look forward to going to work each day, which is great!!

Lapband System
Tuesday, October 02, 2007 Posted By: Jake - Comments:

There are many people these days who are taking advantage of the lapband system, which helps people lose weight with the least invasive surgery as possible. It's also an adjustable and reversible surgery, which is the only one of it's kind today. Richard Collier is a Lapband surgeon, very well known in the Kingwood Lap band and Houston area. What's great about the surgery that Dr. Collier does, is that it's done laparoscopically as an outpatient procedure, so will be able to go home a few hours after your have your surgery. I thought this was great, and something many people would appreciate. If you'd like to learn more about this surgery, and how Richard Collier can help you, check out the site today.

Relaxing Sunday
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

This weekend was sure nice. It was kind of busy on Saturday, but Sunday it was so nice to spend the day relaxing with family! I always enjoy going home. My parents have such a nice place, and it's always just nice to relax with them and talk and watch television. It was nice because this weekend my sister and her husband were back as well...so I got to talk and relax with them as well. And oh, we can't forget Zoe, my parents dog. I got to see her too!!:)

CarGuyGarage.com
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I don't have a garage yet, but when I buy a home this will be one of the first things I look at. I think of a garage as being a room that is just as important as any other room in the home. That's why I know that when I do have a garage, it will be taken care of. When I do have a garage, I think I will look for the stainless steel garage storage cabinets at CarGuyGarage.com. They offer so many different kinds of cabinets, but I think that this specific kind would work best for the things that I would need to store. If stainless steel cabinets aren't for you, then you should take a look at metal cabinets, diamond plate cabinets and more. See what you think would be best for your garage at CarGuyGarage.com.

Britney Spears
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I don't get to watch the news too much, but I did recently hear of Britney Spears losing her custody battle. She lost custody of her children to her ex husband, Kevin Federline. He was given custody until further notice. I'm not sure if I think this is best or not, because I don't know either parent at all. I do know that it seems Britney is having some difficult times in her life though, and that maybe for the time being she needs to concentrate on helping herself right now. She's facing a lot right now, not only losing custody of her children, but also facing jail time for a hit and run. I truly hope that she gets things figured out.

Garage Storage
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

My parents house has a single garage, which means limited space. My dad has always wanted to add a double garage to their home, but hasn't done that yet. In the mean time, he's always looking for ways to keep the garage in good shape and organized. I think I have the perfect solution for him. CarGuyGarage.com is a great site that offers lots of different products and cabinets that would help him get his garage in order and organized. I think he would especially like the diamond plate cabinets, as this is something that would work well in his garage. Which cabinets would you like to have? Where would you put them? Take a look at their site today and see.

Spice Girls
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I never really got into the Spice Girls when they were big stars, but was interested to hear that they had a reunion concert. Their show actually sold out of all the tickets they had available in less than 40 seconds!!! Can you believe that! Wow! They must still have lots of fans for the tickets to sell out that quickly. I guess over one million people bought tickets and are expected to attend the concert in December. I just thought that was pretty interesting news that I wanted to share with you all.

Computer Security
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Computer's are one of my favorite things. I have always been a technology nut and I am constantly searching for new things dealing with my computer it's security. Recently I came across a web release discussing a company, Software Security Solutions that has great NOD32 computer security software! The reason why they're so great is instead of offering lots of different security software for anti virus, anti spyware, exploits and firewalls, they advocate for a layered security solution which gives you all you need in one place. As you might have already guessed, this is a great way to save you time and money. Those are two things that I like to hear when it comes to my computer. Take a look at their site and see what you think.

Neighbor
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

When I first moved into my place, I had a neighbor that lives below me that complained whenever I'd make the slightest noise. She's older and likes to go to bed early and didn't like if I'd so much as walk across the creaky floor or hang things in my closet. She could hear everything. I'm happy to say that she has calmed down a lot and hasn't been complaining like she was. I think she figured it out that there's nothing I can do about a creaky floor.

Meeting the Babies
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I know I've said this so many times before...but I'm SOOO excited to be an uncle. I just can't wait to meet my two nieces or nephews in just a few short weeks. I was telling my sister that they will have to call me when the baby is born so I can take off from work and come see him/her. I just can't wait! I wish that my brother and his wife lived closer, because I'd love to do the same when their son is born. I guess I'll have to wait to see them at C-mas time though...Texas is a little too far to travel right now.

Allegro Medical is a company that was founded over 10 years ago. They currently have a customer base of over 1 million and are continuing to grow. They are known as one of the largest independent online retailers of items that help to enhance one's life. When they launched their first site in 1998, they were selling medical supplies and home health care supplies. Since then they've expanded and now sell products like exercise and fitness equipment, supplement, outdoor gear and much more. When you check out their site, you'll find that they have so many different categories that include things like daily living aids, emergency preparation, maternity care and many more. Take a look and see what you think.

Pregnant Sister
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

This weekend when I went back to see my family, I got to see my brother-in-law and sister. It had been a while since I saw my sister...probably 3 months ago. So, seeing her with only a few weeks left until she's due with their first baby was quite the difference. Her belly has grown a lot...and now the baby is moving tons!! It was really neat to see her so pregnant, but weird too. I'm not used to seeing my sister like that.

Baby Gifts
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Although guys weren't invited to my sister's baby shower...my dad and I went at the end because we were gonna help Jenna load up all the gifts in our vehicle. They weren't quite done with the shower, so we we got to watch them open up some of their gifts. All I can say is, WOW! They got some very nice things from everyone there. It seemed like each person gave multiple gifts, which gave them lots of things to help prepare for the arrival of their baby. They were really happy with the generosity of everyone...it's made them feel much more prepared.

AlwaysHD
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

As many of my readers know, I am big into technology and that sort of thing. In search the web today as I normally do, I came across AlwaysHD, a company that's involved in the professional stock footage industry. This has always been an interest of mine as well. AlwaysHD helps bring talented cinematographers and producers together to bring HD Professional Stock Videos to the world. They bring the cinematographers footage to companies like advertising agencies, television studios, documentary producers, filmmakers, and so many more. This helps both sides. The cinematographers are getting recognition for what they do as well as compensation and the producers are getting high quality footage that they can use without limitation. I think it's great what AlwaysHD is doing...keep up the good work!

Student Loans
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

I've been out of school for almost 6 months now...so you know what that means right?? That means any student loans that I have will start to kick in within the next month. I'm a little nervous, as I have never had loans like these to pay before. It's going to make my monthly budget much different, and give me far less spending money like I'm used to. I guess I'll just have to do lots and lots of blogging to help pay the bills if I need to.

Vaccinations
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

With my sister and sister-in-law both being pregnant...I hear all about pregnancy and everything that surrounds it. One interesting topic that I've heard a lot about is that of vaccinations. I never really thought about this being a controversial subject until I began listening to them and the research they've done. Although it would seem vaccinations are a good thing, which I think they are meant to be....it's also true that the people making them make them to be a one-size fits all sort of thing. These tiny newborn babies are receiving doses that are way too big for their little bodies. From what I've heard and read on the subject, it seems that many of the different diseases and disorders that we're seeing in our young children these days can be linked to some of these vaccinations that babies are being given. I'm sure glad that my sister and sister-in-law are looking into this before their babies are born. It's a scary thing.

Krillion
Posted By: Jake - Comments:

Have you ever heard of Krillion before? They are a Localization Engine that searches the web to find local search results for the person ready-to-buy those big ticket items. For instance, during the summer months, many people find themselves having to go out and buy new Samsung Refrigerators or air conditioners. This is because the temperatures are much hotter during these months, causing things like refrigerators and air conditioners to work overtime. This hard work can be very straining on appliances, causing them to give out and need replacing. If you're someone in this situation, Krillion is the place to turn. They can find you the item you need near your home for immediate purchase. This is important if you have something as big as a refrigerator go out. Take a look at their site and see how Krillion can help you.
